Themes give your chat widget a complete visual makeover — colors, radius, shadows, fonts, panel size. The widget on this page is running the Dark Mode theme. Browse the available themes below and see how each one transforms the widget.
Five themes, five personalities
Free themes count against your plan quota. Paid themes are unlimited — purchase once, use on any agent.
Install, customize, assign
Themes use CSS variables. One click to apply, full control to customize — without touching your site's stylesheet.
Install from Marketplace
Go to Themes → Marketplace in your ASE panel. Click Install. Free themes respect your plan quota; paid themes are unlimited installs.
Customize if needed
Click Customize on any installed theme. Change primary color, bubble size, panel width, border radius, shadow, font family — only the variables you want to override.
Assign to an Agent
In Agent Settings, scroll to the Theme section. Select the theme you want for that agent. Each agent can have a different theme — or no theme at all.
CSS Variables
Themes work by injecting CSS custom properties into the widget's Shadow DOM. No conflicts with your site's CSS, no !important hacks needed.
Reset anytime
Every customization is stored separately from the base theme. Hit Reset to Defaults and get back to the original theme colors and sizes instantly.
Works with Plugins
Themes and plugins are independent. A dark themed widget can have Quick Answers buttons that pick up the theme color automatically.
Full control, no code
Every theme exposes these variables in the Customize page. Change only what you need — the rest inherits from the theme defaults.
