Browse the Marketplace
Find the plugin you need. Free and paid plugins available. Free plugins count against your plan quota; paid plugins are unlimited.
Configure Global Settings
Set workspace-wide settings once — like your SMTP email credentials for the Callback plugin. These apply to all agents using that plugin.
Assign to an Agent
Go to Agent Settings and check the plugin checkbox. Set per-agent options: button color, language strings, which form fields to show. Each agent is independent.
Multilingual by Default
Every plugin supports multiple languages. Quick Answers buttons, callback form labels, thank-you messages — all translated per language, per agent.
Zero AI Cost
Quick Answers and Callback responses never call the AI. Answers are served directly from your configuration — zero tokens consumed.
Email Notifications
Callback requests are emailed to you the moment the visitor submits. Configure your own SMTP server — no third-party email service required.
